In order to improve efficiency and reduce errors when reordering parts from us, we recently invested in a state of the art Telesis Laser Etching Machine.

“We want to make it easier and faster for our customers to identify Magor wear parts in their production lines and for us all be confident that they are ordering the right part” says Gordon Semple, Business Development Director.

“It is surprising how much time can be wasted both by the customer and ourselves in accurately identifying parts for re-order. This investment in laser etching means that items can be clearly branded with the customer or Magor part numbers – by etching them into non-wear surfaces for future reference and, where space permits, supply dates can also be added”.
